Dino Zamparelli will compete in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Round at Silverstone, on the 6th/7th/8th of July 2018 supporting the Formula 1 weekend. Zamparelli is entered as a wild card from the Porsche Carrera Cup GB series, along with GB rivals Tom Wrigley and Lewis Plato. The race weekend marks an opportunity for Zamparelli to race against Europe’s toughest and fastest competition in the Porsche racing series.
DMS have announced their extended support to enter the UK round of Porsche Supercup in 2018 for the 25-year-old Bristolian, after backing him since the start of the 2017 season in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, as well as this year’s title assault on the UK Championship.
Dino said of this opportunity: “I’m so excited to race at the British Grand Prix weekend in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup series. It’s going to be such a cool weekend to race on and it will really help my Carrera Cup GB campaign in terms of learning and facing Europe’s best. The Supercup series is notoriously difficult with so many good drivers, but I can’t wait to get stuck in and battle hard for glory. Silverstone is an awesome circuit and this will be a challenge I’ll relish in front of over one hundred thousand fans. A huge thank you to DMS for the extended support in entering me with Team Redline / Lechner, it’s going to be amazing.”

Dave Summers, Managing Director of DMS said: “We’re delighted to be extending our relationship with Dino on his journey into European racing. We’ve supported him over the last two years in GB and enjoyed being a part of his success. We want to see him stand out and take on Europe’s best drivers, and this race will be the perfect opportunity in front of the F1 crowds, fans and teams. The car will revert to last year’s DMS Porsche colours and we’re excited to see it race live in front of the big crowds and TV.”
